Pleasant stay, as always.

The building is nice, the room is immaculate;))

I had a great experience here, everything was nice, the location was favourable just next door to stores, Ontario and hill. The hotel provided great prices. The staff was accommodating the entire time. Comfy position was an added bonus. Had brunch in the Corner Pub, located nearby.

Front desk staff was unhelpful during check-in.

It was fairly clean place, staff were courteous, and I loved my brand-new room. It was in a central setting to convention center.

Room was clean, wifi was decent, staff were polite.

The area made us a little uncomfortable.

The bed offered excellent support and I appreciated the size of the TV in my room. The shower was refreshing, showing the hotel's commitment to cleanliness.

The location was excellent, right across the road from a plaza and right near the freeway. Comfy rooms and great parking and good wifi.

The breakfast they rpovide should not be called breakfast...toast, oj and cupcakes.

continental breakfast was okay they need fruits and diff cereal maybe add some doughnuts or crissonts

Clean room and the nice comfy chair in the room. It was made for somebody who had just had surgery. I lived in that chair for about three days and at night time my wonderful husband would help me in the bed.

When your booking a room through some of the sites it shows you pictures of what the room will look like but it's not accurate at all and it was going to cost me more money to get the room it showed me in the picture. That is called false advertising and y'all can get in a lot of trouble for that and y'all's beds are up really high and hard to get on for somebody who has just had surgery.

A Cozy Hideaway with Room for Improvement!

We enjoyed our two-night stay with a king room that offered a comfortable bed and spacious layout. The staff were friendly, but housekeeping could improve cleanliness. For a satisfying meal, don't miss the recommended local restaurants nearby. They were a delight. Bring your own towels for extra comfort!

they accused me of smoking in the room which I did not tthey didn't return my deposit and tried to charge me more the elevator was broken I was on the third floor

The elevator and ice machine were out of order, the bed was hard, the floor had stains and I went to check in at 3:30 pm and my room was still not ready

I recently stayed for 2 nights in a cozy room with comfy beds and a fridge, which was super handy. The sun terrace was perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing after a busy day. While the breakfast selection could be a bit better, overall, I had a lovely experience! ☀️
